One enters the house into an impressive galleried hall which leads through double doors into the large open plan dining room and kitchen area.  The oak farmhouse dining table seats eight comfortably and can be extended if required.  A fully modern kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and microwave oven, plus a professional gas range.  A separate utility room provides further worktop and cupboard space as well as washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.  The lounge is furnished for every comfort, including British TV by satellite, DVD player and Hi-Fi system.  Heating, if needed,  is provided by gas central heating and there is also a welcoming traditional log burner and chimney.  The sliding bay window provides not only a stunning view over the valley, but also access to a 42sqm terrace, leading down to a 8m x 4m pool.

  The cloakroom off the downstairs hall completes the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs are four double bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, well furnished and having their own luxury ensuite bathrooms all with automatic heated towel rails.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and large bathroom, there are two other double rooms with shower rooms, and one twin room with shower room.  Plenty of good quality towels are provided as well as the bed linen.

  There is separate accommodation for the resident caretakers, who are British and who will ensure that your accommodation is ready for your arrival, greet you and show you around.  They will be able to provide information about the area and, by arrangement, will have your basic shopping requirements ready for you.  They can also provide high quality cuisine during your stay by direct arrangement with them and at your cost.  They will certainly help to make your holiday really special.
